In the heart of Atlanta, a family dispute over housing escalated into a tragedy, claiming the life of 64-year-old Kathy Moulder. On a Saturday afternoon, September 2nd, police were called to a residence on Margaret Place where they discovered Moulder had been shot. She was urgently transported to a nearby hospital but ultimately succumbed to her injuries.
