In the fall of 2010, a night of Halloween celebration in Atlanta turned into a scene of tragedy, forever altering the lives of one family. Rachel Jones, a 41-year-old African-American woman, was at a party on Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway on the evening of Saturday, October 30th, just four days shy of her 41st birthday.
