On July 1, 2018, D'Carlos Fransawa Gamble, a 35-year-old African American male from Davisboro, GA, was fatally shot at "Da Spot Club" outside Davisboro. The incident occurred around 3 AM, and Gamble was subsequently driven to the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office by Kintyris Antwone Moye, a 30-year-old male from Davisboro.
