In the summer of 2018, the quiet community of Hepzibah, Georgia, was unsettled by a grim discovery. On July 28th, the body of 36-year-old Antoine Dejon Jones, an African American male, was found in the backyard of his own home. The initial investigation by law enforcement revealed a violent end to his life; he had sustained at least one gunshot wound.
