James Richardson Jr., a 36-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on July 30, 2018, in Columbus, Georgia. Known affectionately as "JJ," Richardson was a construction worker and a father to five sons and one daughter. On the evening of his death, Richardson was at his home on Hunter Ridge Circle when he was fatally shot.
