Kemar Hawkins, a 27-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on August 2, 2018, in Snellville, Georgia. The incident occurred during a home invasion at his residence in the Prescott at Mink Livsey subdivision. Early that morning, Gwinnett County Police responded to a 911 call and found Hawkins with a gunshot wound. Despite being rushed to a nearby hospital, he succumbed to his injuries.
