Waqar Ali, a 21-year-old male, was fatally shot on August 21, 2018, during an armed robbery in Macon, Georgia. The incident took place at the Market Place #5 Store on Vineville Avenue, where Ali was employed as a clerk. Known affectionately as 'Ricky' by regular customers, he was remembered for his friendly and warm demeanor.
