Justin Alfrey, a 32-year-old male from Valley Head, Alabama, was tragically shot to death on December 14, 2018, in Rising Fawn, Georgia. His body was discovered in his vehicle near Highway 11. Witnesses reported seeing a Chevrolet truck leaving the area around the time of the incident.
