In a tragic turn of events stemming from a domestic dispute, 41-year-old Tijuana Cook of Covington, Georgia, was killed on January 16, 2019. The incident, which also resulted in the death of her 23-year-old daughter, Michelle Olivia Dickerson, unfolded at their home on Usher Street. Another individual, Theodore Betton, who was Dickerson's boyfriend, was also shot and wounded during the horrific event.
