Dadrain Quimmin Cummings, a 23-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on January 24, 2019, in Rockmart, Georgia. The incident occurred during a series of targeted shootings that left four people dead and one injured. The shootings took place at two separate locations: an apartment on Williamson Street and a home on Rome Street, both in Rockmart. Dadrain Cummings and his girlfriend, Arkeyla Perry, also 23, were found shot and killed at the apartment on Williamson Street.
