Jacob Quarles, a 10-year-old boy from Harlem, GA, tragically died on February 3, 2019, due to an accidental shooting. The incident occurred around 12:30 PM on Country Woods Lane in Harlem. Jacob, who was a fourth-grade student at Dearing Elementary School, was playing with three other children while two adults were nearby firing guns.
