The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning on Calhoun Drive, where Jamar Pipkin was shot. The Muscogee County Coroner's Office confirmed that he was pronounced dead at 6:33 a.m. following the shooting. His body was subsequently sent to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) crime lab for an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death.
