James Jackson "Jack" Hough, a 73-year-old white male, was a well-known businessman and philanthropist in Gainesville, Georgia. On the evening of February 7, 2019, Jack Hough was tragically shot and killed while waiting in his car outside a CVS pharmacy on Park Hill Drive. Hough had gone to dinner with his wife and stopped at the pharmacy, where his wife went inside to pick up a prescription while he remained in the car.
