William Thurman, a 17-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on March 21, 2019, in Norcross, Georgia. He was one of the victims in a double homicide that occurred at the Park at Peachtree Corners Apartments. William, along with his 25-year-old brother Billy Roy Thurman, was visiting family in the area when the incident took place.
