Billy Belle, a 52-year-old African American man, was found dead at his home on Harter Avenue in Valdosta, Georgia, on May 20, 2019. His coworkers discovered his body, and authorities quickly determined his death to be a homicide. The Lowndes County Sheriff's Office launched an investigation, conducting numerous witness interviews and examining both physical and digital evidence. Based on the evidence and interviews, deputies identified two suspects: Dashay March and Whitlee Seagram.
