Shawn David Jackson, a 49-year-old African American male from Jonesboro, GA, was reported missing on July 31, 2019. His disappearance was initially reported by his 17-year-old son and his girlfriend, Neworker Hurt. According to the Clayton County Sheriff's Office, Jackson's son was awakened in the middle of the night by Hurt, who claimed that Jackson had left home.
