Jaylin Williams, a 21-year-old African American male from Columbus, GA, was tragically shot and killed on August 1, 2019. Known by his stage name "Bart," Jaylin was an aspiring rapper who had performed in various cities including Atlanta, Columbus, Savannah, and Miami.
