In the summer of 2019, the life of 21-year-old Jaylin Jaquan 'Bart' Williams was tragically cut short in Columbus, Georgia. A graduate of Hardaway High School, Williams was known as an aspiring rap artist. On August 2, 2019, he was fatally shot, a victim of gun violence that abruptly ended his promising future.

The investigation into Williams' death led to the identification and arrest of multiple individuals. Jamal Seldon was identified as the triggerman and was subsequently charged with ...
