On a Christmas night that should have been filled with warmth and celebration, tragedy struck in Columbus, Georgia. Twenty-year-old Devonte Owens, a male, found his life cut short by violence on December 25, 2019. The fatal encounter took place at the Parkway Place Apartments located on Farr Road, where the festive spirit was shattered by the sound of gunfire.
