Norbert Volmar Jr., a 36-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on January 21, 2020, in Macon, GA. The incident occurred at a boarding house located on Roy Street, where Volmar was shot inside his home. The Bibb County Sheriff's Office reported that there were approximately three other occupants inside the home during the incident. The next of kin was notified by the Coroner’s Office shortly after the incident.
