In the summer of 2020, a family tragedy unfolded in Augusta, Georgia, resulting in the death of a 15-year-old male, Kyjuan King. On the evening of June 12th, a shooting incident occurred in the 2600 block of Bridgeover Avenue, where King sustained a fatal gunshot wound. Another individual was also injured during the event, though their identity and the extent of their injuries were not publicly disclosed.
