In the late summer of 2020, the community of Dearing, Georgia, was struck by the sudden and tragic death of Michelle Bailey Ansley. A 40-year-old female, Ansley was a native of Richmond County but had built her life in the Dearing and Thomson area for many years. She was known professionally as an Activity Coordinator for the McDuffie County Senior Citizens, where her vibrant personality left a lasting impression on those she served.
