On a late summer evening in Atlanta, the life of a young man was tragically cut short. Twenty-one-year-old Jordan Lay, a male, was on the porch of a residence on Tarragon Way SW on August 21, 2020, when a dispute escalated to gunfire. He was struck in the stomach by a bullet, a fatal wound that would end his life.
