Lukas Brendon Boykin, a 30-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on the night of September 4, 2020, in Columbus, Georgia. The incident occurred around 11:15 p.m. on Toney Drive, where Boykin was found with a fatal gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead shortly after midnight on September 5, 2020. The Muscogee County Deputy Coroner, Charles Newton, confirmed the cause of death as a gunshot wound. The Columbus Police Department’s Homicide Unit immediately took over the investig ...Read More
