Joshua Horne Sr., a 26-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on October 12, 2020, in Macon, Georgia. The incident occurred at the Hunter's Run Apartments on Thomaston Road. According to reports, Joshua Horne Sr. was fatally shot during an altercation that escalated into violence. The Bibb County Coroner, Leon Jones, confirmed that Horne died from a single gunshot wound to the chest. He was pronounced dead at the scene by the coroner's office.
