Milana Briton Tozian Harper, a 34-year-old woman from Dexter, Georgia, tragically lost her life on December 17, 2020. Milana, who was born in Lakeland, Florida, was a correctional officer at Dodge State Prison and a devoted mother to her son, Samuel Isaiah Harper. She was known for her kind and loving nature, often described as sweet to everyone she met, regardless of their background. Milana was a member of the Baptist faith and attended Liberty Church in Dublin, Georgia.
