Joseph Lee Briggs Jr., a 30-year-old African American male from South Carolina, tragically lost his life on April 9, 2021, in a road rage incident in Greensboro, Georgia. Briggs, a semi-truck driver, was traveling west on I-20 when his vehicle veered off the road, crossed the eastbound lanes, and crashed into a wooded area near mile marker 132.
