In the summer of 2021, a fatal encounter in a Warner Robins, Georgia, Walmart parking lot cut short the life of 52-year-old Gregory Lee Arnett. On the evening of July 7th, Arnett was sitting in his parked vehicle at the Walmart on Booth Road when he was approached by two individuals with firearms. The assailants, later identified as Rickey Martin Jr., then 20, and a 15-year-old named Ayns Smith, demanded he surrender his vehicle.
