In the early morning hours of July 12, 2021, a domestic argument in Macon, Georgia, escalated into a fatal shooting, claiming the life of 38-year-old Tanesha Danielle Thomas. The female victim was shot in the torso at her home on Karen Drive and was later pronounced dead at a local hospital. The incident unfolded after Thomas and her boyfriend, Leonard Dewayne Holmes, returned from a club and began arguing. The altercation became so heated that neighbors were prompted to call 911.
