Tanesha Danielle Thomas, a 38-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on July 12, 2021, in Macon, Georgia. The incident occurred early in the morning on Karen Drive, where she was found with a severe gunshot wound. She was initially taken to the Coliseum Hospital Emergency Room by a private vehicle. Due to the seriousness of her injuries, she was later transferred to Atrium Health Navicent, where she was pronounced dead at 12:42 p.m. that same day.
