Otis Tobias Jackson, a 46-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on October 16, 2021, in Dublin, Georgia. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 3 a.m., when officers were called to a parking lot on High Street. Upon arrival, they discovered Otis Tobias Jackson lying on his back in front of a store with a single gunshot wound to his upper chest. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
