In the late hours of Halloween night in Savannah, Georgia, the life of 23-year-old Terrance Palmer was tragically cut short. On October 31, 2021, Palmer, a young male, was fatally wounded in a shooting that unfolded near the intersection of W. 34th Street and Ogeechee Road.
