Terrance Palmer, a 23-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on October 31, 2021, in Savannah, Georgia. The incident occurred on Morekis Drive around 1:20 p.m., where officers found Palmer suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds. Despite being transported to Memorial Hospital, Palmer succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival.
