Stephen Maffett, a 25-year-old African American male, was tragically found dead on November 8, 2021, in the front yard of a vacant home in the Oakland City neighborhood of southwest Atlanta. The young father of three was discovered by Atlanta police early Monday morning along Peeples Street near White Oak Avenue.
