Quadarrien Devaughn Simmons, a 19-year-old African American male from Perry, Georgia, tragically lost his life on November 16, 2021. The incident occurred inside a car on Coventry Circle around 10 p.m. that night. Simmons and another 19-year-old, Tyrese Brown, were found with gunshot wounds when officers responded to the emergency room at Perry Hospital. Unfortunately, Simmons succumbed to his injuries at the hospital, while Brown was treated and released.
