Santrell Wood, a 34-year-old African American male, was found dead on March 2, 2022, in Decatur, Georgia. His body was discovered on the sidewalk in front of a shopping center at the intersection of Glenwood Road and Iris Lane. The initial investigation revealed that he had suffered a fatal gunshot wound.
