Maranda 'Randi' Michelle Dover, a 23-year-old woman from Savannah, Georgia, tragically lost her life on April 10, 2022. Maranda, who was also pregnant at the time, was found shot to death inside a car near the entrance of the Regency Mobile Home Park on Quacco Road.
