In the spring of 2022, the life of Ormondo Cortez Clark, a 28-year-old male, was abruptly and violently cut short on the streets of Macon, Georgia. On the evening of May 16th, near the intersection of Ibex and Chappell Streets, a chaotic scene unfolded as several unidentified men ambushed Clark. Witnesses reported seeing a group of men chasing him, firing guns from both sides of the street. The attack was swift and brutal, leaving Clark with multiple gunshot wounds.
