In the late hours of a Sunday evening, the vibrant city of Atlanta was shattered by an act of violence that would tragically end the life of a promising young man. Artez Jamil Benton, a 23-year-old male, was fatally shot on June 26, 2022, following a dispute in the parking lot of a Buckhead shopping center on Peachtree Road.
