Artez Jamil Benton, a 23-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on June 26, 2022, in a triple shooting incident in Buckhead, Atlanta. The incident occurred in the parking lot of a strip of businesses off Peachtree Road. Benton, who was affectionately known as "Tez," was a promising young man with a bright future ahead of him.
