Marco Sauveur, a 27-year-old man from Marietta, GA, was fatally shot on October 16, 2022, at an apartment complex in Marietta. The incident occurred around 5:09 p.m. on Massachusetts Avenue, where multiple shots were fired during an altercation between residents and a visitor. Marco Sauveur was struck in the thigh and was found bleeding at the scene. He was immediately taken to Wellstar Kennestone Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
