In the early hours of a Thursday morning in June 2013, violence shattered the relative quiet of a West Baltimore neighborhood. Andre Cox, a 33-year-old man, was caught in a hail of bullets in a triple shooting that ultimately claimed his life and that of another man, Corey Gibson.
