Marvin Sintell Swan, a 40-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on December 11, 2022, in Savannah, Georgia. The incident occurred on Gateway Boulevard West, where officers from the Savannah Police Department responded to a call about a disorderly person around 10:30 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered Marvin Sintell Swan suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
