Toccaro Beyonta Sims, a 27-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on December 16, 2022, in Valdosta, Georgia. The incident occurred at the Ora Lee West apartments, where Valdosta police officers and detectives responded to a 911 call reporting multiple gunshot victims.
