Enud Al-Tawakuly, an 18-year-old resident of Palm Bay, Florida, tragically lost his life on April 23, 1987, during a mass shooting incident that shook the community. On that fateful day, William Bryan Cruse, a 59-year-old man, embarked on a violent rampage at the Palm Bay Center, a local shopping area. Cruse, armed with a semiautomatic assault rifle, a shotgun, and a pistol, began his spree by shooting at his neighbors before driving to the shopping center.
