Charles Wayne Harris, age 35, was last seen on January 21, 1995, in Eadsville, Kentucky. His father was the last person to see him around 6:30 p.m. that day. Harris never returned home, and the vehicle he was driving was found abandoned on January 26, 1995, in the Eadsville community. Despite extensive searches by the Wayne County Rescue Squad on January 29, no trace of him was found.
