In the rural hills of Pike County, Kentucky, a sense of unease settled over the community in the summer of 2013. Jimmy Carson Kelly, a 40-year-old man, vanished without a trace from the Elkhorn City area. He was last seen on June 12, 2013, having left his home to run errands, a routine task that ended in a years-long mystery.
