Jerome Harris, a 23-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on November 5, 2019, in Palm Bay, Florida. Jerome, affectionately known as "Keke," was found deceased in a grassy lot off Liberia Street, a victim of a violent gun battle. The incident occurred just a day before his 24th birthday.
