Nobil Al-Hameli, a 25-year-old resident of Palm Bay, Florida, tragically lost his life on April 23, 1987, during one of the most harrowing events in the city's history. On that fateful day, a mass shooting occurred at a shopping plaza on Palm Bay Road and Babcock Street. The gunman, William Cruse, a 59-year-old librarian, initiated his rampage by confronting and shooting a young boy on his property.
