Victor Estefan, a 49-year-old Hispanic male, was a dedicated police officer with the Miami Police Department. On March 30, 1988, Officer Estefan was tragically shot and killed during a routine traffic stop in Miami, Florida. The incident occurred when he pulled over a vehicle driving without headlights.
