Jerald Griffin, a 23-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on January 18, 2017, in Miami, Florida. The incident occurred in the area of Northwest 77th Terrace and Northwest 13th Court. Griffin was found with gunshot wounds and was immediately transported to Jackson Memorial Hospital's Ryder Trauma Center, where he later succumbed to his injuries. The Miami-Dade Police Department's Homicide Bureau launched an investigation into his death.
