Pedro Uriarte, an 18-year-old high school student from Miami, Florida, tragically lost his life on November 30, 2014. Pedro, who had dreams of becoming an accountant, was walking near Paul Laurence Dunbar Elementary School in Miami's Wynwood area when he was approached by a gunman.
