Keenen Bullard, a 21-year-old resident of Miami, Florida, tragically lost his life on September 8, 2019. Bullard was employed at Angel Heart Support Services, an assisted living facility for individuals with disabilities. On the night of his death, Bullard was on duty when he was fatally shot.
