Flora McNeely, a 54-year-old Caucasian woman, tragically lost her life on April 14, 1989, in Clearwater, Florida. Flora was a victim of a horrific family tragedy that also claimed the life of her daughter, Patricia McNeely, who was 32 years old and visually impaired. The incident was a murder-suicide perpetrated by Flora's ex-husband, Warren McNeely. On that fateful day, Warren shot both Flora and Patricia before turning the gun on himself, ending his own life.
